The TeamEvo story
Corporate software does not have to be complicated
TeamEvo started as a corporate portal for our own company. We looked for an existing product and could not find one we wanted to use ourselves: expensive modules, complicated pricing, and useful capabilities reserved for the highest plan.
Then a company we knew needed a similar portal. We realized that rebuilding our internal setup would be easier than moving it across.
So we decided to build the product the way we believed it should work. These are the principles we use to make it.
One place for what people need to know and do
An employee opens TeamEvo and sees company news, colleagues, knowledge, learning, surveys, and their own tasks. Connecting several systems still leaves several entry points, several interfaces, and several systems to maintain.
If a feature needs explaining, we built it badly
An employee should not need training to read a news post, find a colleague, or complete a task. If instructions are still required, the feature is not finished.
Start with the employee
TeamEvo is opened every day by people for whom managing HR software is not their main job. When needs conflict, we choose their experience. We give HR tools the same care, but they should not make everyone else's work harder.
See the price before speaking to us
No enquiry form, sales call, quote, or price negotiation is required. A company can review the plan, create its portal, and invite the team on its own. A demo is available when it would help.
The product should explain itself
TeamEvo has no sales department or implementation projects. Their cost is not built into the price, and useful capabilities are not split across expensive plans. We want to grow because people who use TeamEvo recommend it.
Common needs come before rare exceptions
We build TeamEvo for companies with up to 500 people. They almost always need news, a knowledge base, learning, and surveys. They need hundreds of settings for edge cases far less often. A new setting is added when it solves a recurring problem.
Conversations stay in your chat tools
TeamEvo is where people find information, learn what matters, and complete actions. Conversations stay in Telegram, Slack, or Teams. A company should not have to move its chats just to use a corporate portal.
AI helps. People decide.
A single entry point is gradually becoming a single place to ask about company knowledge. The AI assistant searches company materials, explains information, and prepares drafts. A person confirms anything that is published or sent, as well as every decision about people.
We want to show that corporate software can be built differently
Simpler for employees, simpler for the company, and with no unnecessary layer between the product and the people who use it.
