How does a course reach employees?

Authors build the course in Studio. After a version is published, administrators can assign it to an audience with a deadline. Employees see the assigned course in My Learning.

Who can create courses?

Administrators can grant a dedicated Course Creator role. Subject-matter experts can then work on course content without access to portal administration.

Can every block be edited after it is added?

Yes. Authors can edit copy, settings, media, answer options, feedback, order, and nested content. AI can improve or shorten wording and suggest a replacement for the selected block.

What happens to a course employees are already taking?

The working draft and published course remain separate. Author edits do not reach learners until the team publishes a new version.

Can I review the course before publishing?

Yes. Preview shows scroll and slide modes in desktop and mobile layouts before the version is published.

Can Studio import SCORM, host webinars, or work offline?

Not currently. Studio does not play packaged SCORM courses, run instructor-led webinars, or offer offline course playback.
