No calls, no negotiations. Billing switches the rate automatically at the next billing period. If you have 20 employees and add a 21st, from next month you pay $2 × 21. If headcount drops back below, the rate changes automatically again.

Yes, and the limit grows with your team: 20 AI credits and 1 GB of storage per employee per month (for 50 employees — 1,000 credits and 50 GB; the calculator above works this out automatically for your team size). On the free Starter tier the limit is hard: once it's used up, you need a paid plan. On Growth and Scale the limit can be exceeded — overage is billed on actual usage, with no retroactive charges and no blocking without warning.

1 AI credit = 1 request to the AI. The cost of a request depends on what you ask: a lightweight copilot suggestion inside a module is roughly 0.3 credits, a standard AI assistant response is about 1 credit, and image generation is 2–3 credits. Billing is automatic — you don't need to count tokens yourself.

On any request to the AI in the product: the AI assistant for HR (chat), copilots inside modules (engagement surveys, courses, news, and others), and AI analytics and insights in dashboards — anywhere a language model is used.

It's a starting allowance — we'll refine it based on real consumption from our first customers. If the limit runs out, work doesn't stop: the system tops up on actual usage, with no blocking and no delays.

AI credits: 1 credit beyond the limit costs $0.02. AI usage fluctuates month to month, so by default overage is billed automatically on actual usage in your next payment — but if you'd rather manage your budget in advance, you can buy a pack of credits ahead of time at the same rate from your account settings. Storage: 1 GB beyond the limit costs $0.10/GB/mo. Unlike credits, storage almost always only grows, so there are no packs here — the storage limit scales automatically with actual usage, with no action required on your part.

On paid plans (Growth, Scale) nothing is blocked: the AI assistant and file uploads keep working as usual, and overage automatically rolls into your next payment at the top-up rate. Storage doesn't ask you to confirm anything — space grows along with your company's data on its own, with no packs and no manual steps. If you want to keep your AI budget under control specifically (since its usage can swing from month to month), you can set an overage spending cap in advance from your account settings — when it's reached, AI pauses until the next period or a manual increase of the cap, so your bill won't grow unexpectedly. On the free Starter tier the limit is hard: once it's used up, continuing requires moving to a paid plan.

An active user with login access at the time of billing. Archived, terminated, and suspended users don't count. External contractors on the platform with limited access are billed separately — reach out and we'll discuss.
