What's new in TeamEvo — August 2026

In August, we expanded analytics, manager learning, team workflows, and portal administration.

Analyze portal activity in one place

The analytics hub combines employee, section, search, and department activity metrics. Access can be restricted per metric. Analytics now distinguishes the web portal from the mobile app, supports department groups, and shows searches with no results only when there is enough data to protect individuals.

Work with teams and learning

My Team gives managers a team roster, live availability, and an absence calendar. Learning gained objectives, competency maps, course discussions, employee assignments, and certificates.

Manage knowledge and access

Knowledge-base administrators can change roles, recover a space without an owner, and run reindexing. Access grants and revocations are recorded in the audit log.

Review recognition analytics

Recognition Pulse shows themes, insights, and a personal My Recognition summary so teams can assess recognition culture rather than only point totals.

Also improved

• Employee positions can be created and edited in the interface.
• People can edit or delete their own news comments.
• Invoices are generated as PDFs, overdue handling includes reminders and a grace period, and headcount changes are prorated by day.
