What's new in TeamEvo — September 2026

In September, we strengthened analytics and AI security and updated working areas for ideas, challenges, news, and integrations.

Review page and section traffic

A new Pages tab shows traffic to created pages, unique visitors, and activity by hour. Aggregates are computed server-side, so large lists no longer truncate.

Control AI agent activity

Agent step approvals are available in the run journal and in a separate list. Every run records its steps, result, and credit use. Before context reaches a language model, it passes through a personal-data detector, and administrators can choose approved models and their parameters.

Manage ideas and challenges

Ideas can use positive-only voting, with clearer status handling. The challenge showcase gained server-side search, filters, pagination, comments, and reactions; importing the same CSV again does not double progress.

• Videos can be attached to news posts.
• AI actions in the knowledge base can be applied to selected text.
• A manager's team is derived from the organization structure and reused across related portal sections.
• News and embedded feed items are combined in one admin table.
• Portal colors and typography use shared brand tokens with an accurate preview.
• Integrations gained a connector request form and ready-to-use API recipes.
