What's new in TeamEvo — October 2026

In October, we made it easier to create learning courses, introduced a shared media library, and improved absence planning. We also made the portal simpler for administrators and more dependable for employees.

Create courses from PowerPoint

Turn existing presentations into learning courses without rebuilding the material from scratch. TeamEvo preserves slide layout and navigation, while text remains editable directly in the course builder.

Keep content in one media library

Organize images and other files into collections, pick them while creating content, and reuse them without uploading again. TeamEvo shows where each asset is already used.

Administrators can also keep track of how much space content takes across different parts of the portal.

Plan absences with the team in mind

A new calendar helps HR teams and managers review absences, account for working calendars, and compare teams. When needed, absence data can be passed to corporate record systems.

Also improved

• Learning. Certificates are issued as soon as a course is completed, while scrub previews help people find the right moment in a video faster.
• Data protection. Survey results provide stronger employee anonymity. A new Security Auditor role allows settings to be reviewed without changing them, and sign-in works correctly on a company's own domain.
• Administration. The menu is shorter, challenges have a dedicated page, and ideas can be managed through a dashboard, table, Kanban, and bulk actions.
• Team workflows. Profiles make it easier to switch between personal and team context, while birthday greetings follow each employee's local date.
• Peer recognition. Gratitude settings and HR analytics are clearer, and teams can try a pilot of the new gratitude leaderboard.
• Mobile work and communications. Company branding extends to the mobile app, smartphone notifications are more reliable, and managing large numbers of publications is easier.
