    Corporate learning analytics

    Learning effectiveness analytics

Review completion, knowledge-check results, the questions people get wrong and the differences between teams. These are the numbers that tell you which lesson to rewrite and which manager to talk to.

How to read the learning data

    1. 1

      Separate activity from result

Completion is an engagement metric; knowledge-check results are a learning metric. Look at both and draw conclusions from the second.

    2. 2

      Find where people drop off

Lesson-level analytics show the step at which people abandon a course. It is usually one specific lesson rather than the course as a whole.

    3. 3

      Check the questions themselves

A question answered the same way by people who understood the topic and people who did not is measuring nothing. The statistics make those questions visible.

    4. 4

      Compare the teams

A gap between departments is a conversation with a manager rather than a reason to send everyone through the course again.

    5. 5

      Look at the trend

One measurement is a photograph. A repeat check a month later shows whether the knowledge stayed or evaporated after the test.

    6. 6

      Change the course

A weak lesson is rewritten, a bad question replaced, and the program republished as a new version. The next cohort learns from the corrected one.

    What the platform shows

    Course analytics

Completion rate, median time to finish, and the long tail of people who are stuck, plus drop-off on specific lessons.

    Learning module

    Question analytics

A discrimination index shows which questions actually separate those who know the material from those who do not, and which ones are worth rewriting.

    By cohort and by person

From the picture for a department down to one employee, without switching reports or requesting a separate export for each question.

    Repeat knowledge checks

Short reinforcement sessions after a course show what is left a week and a month later rather than immediately after the test.

    Connected to onboarding

Learning progress is visible alongside onboarding tasks, so it is clear whether a new hire is stuck in a course or in the work steps.

Together with the My tasks module

    Mandatory training control

Who has completed it, who has not, and whose deadline is expiring. A compliance question takes a minute instead of half a day of reconciling exports.

    XLSX export

The data can be taken out and recalculated your own way, in an ordinary format and without asking support for a dump.

    Role-based access

A manager sees their own team, L&D sees the whole picture, with no incidental access to other departments' data.

    RBAC with targeted roles

    Frequently asked questions

Automatically, no. It shows completion, knowledge-check results, weak topics and trends by team. The link to revenue, defects or turnover is built by hand, by comparing periods and groups. A vendor promising an automatic training ROI figure is most likely calculating something other than what you mean.
